little update for everyone, my manufacturer has told me that all the bags will be done in about a week! all the patches are sewn on and it looks like they just have to piece together the backs and fronts of the bags and that's it! you can see now why it took so long, each one of those stars and moons was sewn on by hand individually by an amazing (and patient) team of hardworking people.

shipping from the factory to my house will take about 30 days by boat if there are no delays, and then i will be starting quality checks and packing as soon as they arrive.

the order of packing will be as follows:

• any pledge with only smaller items like wallets and pins
• pledges with a single backpack
• pledges with more than one packback

can't wait to get these out to you all, thank you so much for your patience during this waiting period of manufacturing. i really appreciate your kindness and support, especially for a huge project such as this one!!

Hi everyone!

I got another update from my manufacturer last week and a few photos to show you all. Wallets are done now, and they are working on cutting out all the patches for the front of the bags - the stars and moons etc. This is taking a bit longer than expected because I ordered so many bags, but they have told me they should be done within August!

Here are the photos of the disassembled bags, ready to be sewn together once the patches are finished. Sorry for the insane size of the images!

Hi magical cuties, just checking in to update you all that the card wallets are all done! Here are some photos from a few days ago before they got their zippers sewn in:

I will talk with my manu by the end of the week to get some updates on the backpacks, but fingers crossed that they'll be done soon too. I will update you all when I hear back from them, early next week at the latest.

Hi everyone!

It's been a while, and unfortunately until this morning I haven't been able to update you because, well, there's been no updates! Making bags is an incredibly long process, and the manufacturer has been working diligently to get everything done for us.

Currently, the backpacks are waiting in line to be screen printed (where it says MAGICAL CUTIE on the front), and wallets are waiting in line to be sewn!

Here's a picture of what the black wallets currently look like - pieces cut out and ready to be sewn on and ready for the zippers! I'll try to get some more photos as production moves along.
