BackerKit Surveys

Hi everyone!

There's a few of you who have yet to fill out your surveys. I have sent out reminder e-mails and messages on kickstarter with your personal link to the survey so that you can complete them as soon as possible! Please check your e-mails (including the junk folder, just in case!) and messages. If you are unsure on how to go about navigating through this survey, you can reach out to the BackerKit team or myself to walk you through it. 

I will be locking all completed surveys on May 31 so you will have up to then then to make any changes, add-on more goodies etc. 


The Kickstarter funds should arrive to my account some time next week so I will be placing the order very soon!

Please check the e-mail associated with your Kickstarter or Facebook for your Backerkit Survey!

Check your inbox and your junk folder just in case! If you did not get this e-mail, you can message me privately and I will send you the personal link to your survey as soon as I can.

You will have the rest of the month to fill these out before I lock your orders and place the order with the manufacturer. It would be great if we could get them all done right away so we can place that order even sooner!

Thank you for making our project a reality! A few things need to happen before we can kick off production and fulfillment! Here's a quick rundown:

First, Kickstarter needs to transfer over the funds so we have the money to make the rewards (this can take up to two weeks).

Second, we have to find out how many bags and wallets we need to make and where we need to ship them. We’ll send out a BackerKit survey to collect this information.


We’ll give you a heads-up before we send the survey so that you can watch for it. You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to answer your survey. The invitation email contains a link to your personal survey. It is important to submit your responses as quickly as you can since we need this information to process your rewards.

If you need to change your survey responses, purchase add-on items, or update your shipping information, you can click the link in your survey email again or request your survey link under "LOST YOUR SURVEY?" on our BackerKit project page. (This page will only start working after we send the surveys out).

If you prefer, you can contact me directly and give me your information, but answering your survey will help us get your rewards out to you faster. BackerKit helps us save lots of time by streamlining the survey process, automating data organization, and providing us with pledge management software to make it easy to process your pledge reward shipments.

If you used your Facebook credentials to log in to your Kickstarter account, the BackerKit survey link is sent to the email address you use for your Facebook account. If you have another email address that you prefer to use, please contact me!

HUGE CHANGES! PLEASE READ

Because the campaign has done so well, I decided to work with Backerkit! A Kickstarter partnered platform that can help me organize all your rewards on the back end of things a bit better than i could do by myself.

What this means for you:

  • Shipping costs are changing - instead of shipping being a flat rate per item or pledge, it will now go by weight. This is to ensure more accurate rates for all backers, and in most cases you will end up paying LESS! Which is something we all love to hear, right?
  • Address Changes - if you move before rewards are sent out, that's no problem! You will have the opportunity to change your information ANY TIME up until your rewards are sent.
  • The "Pre-Order Shop" - Backerkit works like a storefront, so what happens is that your pledge transfers over as a "credit" to the online store and you will be able to "check out" with the exact items that you pledged for on the campaign. Almost the same as Kickstarter Surveys (that you would normally receive) except this way you get to see all the items as shop listings, and you will have the opportunity to add more to your pledge if you missed something!

It'll be pretty straight forward, but if you have ANY questions at all about how this will work then please reach out!

last week of the campaign, new product...

bundles are now available in the final week of the campaign, since everything is unlocked! you can change your pledge to a BUNDLE to get a good deal on all the items available! even if you get the BUNDLE, you can still ADD-ON any extras that you would like including a second (or third!) bag, extra bow pins, wallets, and zipper pulls!

BUNDLES INCLUDE:
